When and how did you start working at ROSCLAR?
I have been part of this great human team for 10 years, since November 2015. I had friends working here who recommended it to me. I remember that at that time I was going through a difficult professional and personal period. Eduard perfectly understood that I needed a safe environment, one of protection and peace. Just by meeting him and hearing him explain what Rosclar was—made up of a big family of professionals with a big heart—I felt I wanted to be part of it. I immediately felt that warmth, those colleagues who over the years became friends, that kind refuge I needed and where I found my place.
What does your role involve? / What is your specialty?
As a manager of a production team, I try to be a close leader and set an example for them. Someone they can trust and know will be there for whatever they need. Being the first to help and being solution-oriented.
My specialty lies in training skills and my ability to convey knowledge in a clear, simple way, with the patience necessary to ensure understanding of payroll procedures.
What is a typical day like for you at ROSCLAR?
I always try to start the day with a kind message for the team, in order to foster a positive work environment and a motivating atmosphere. I take an interest in them both personally and professionally, review workloads, and assess how to distribute them in a balanced way.
I offer my help and availability to resolve issues, trying to convey confidence and calm in stressful and high-pressure situations.
I manage emails and coordinate my own portfolio of clients.
What are the biggest challenges in your profession? Or is there a success story you’d like to share?
My main challenge is to instill in my team the confidence that I will be available in any situation that arises. I want them to see me as a support figure, capable of providing the knowledge, guidance, and problem-solving skills they need in any situation. I try to reflect Rosclar’s values in my leadership style.
My greatest success has been seeing colleagues who were part of my team grow professionally—people I trained and supported in their development.
