When and how did you start working at ROSCLAR?
Ten years ago now, I started in September 2015. I was in contact with two former colleagues who were already working at Rosclar, and they always spoke very highly of the work environment and how comfortable they felt there. When the opportunity to attend an interview arose, I didn’t hesitate. Shortly after joining, I was able to see for myself that everything they had told me was true.
What does your position involve? / What is your area of expertise?
For the past two years, I have been working as a specialist within the CQS (Central Quality Services) department. Management proposed that I take on new responsibilities aimed at strengthening the quality of our work at Rosclar. As this was a newly created role, it represented a significant challenge, since it requires analyzing projects from a much more global perspective. Although at the beginning it was an abrupt change in my day-to-day work—especially because these responsibilities are very different from those I had during my seven years as Payroll Manager—today I can say it is very rewarding to see how improvement projects move forward and are successfully completed.
What is a typical day like for you at ROSCLAR?
On a daily basis, we handle internal requests related to our payroll review application and coordinate within the team to manage cases that arise with the Tax Agency. In addition, depending on the project we are working on, our tasks can vary completely.
For example, during the second half of 2025 we developed new automatic validations for our internal application. This process involves, first, detecting and identifying the
necessary improvements; then coordinating with the IT department so they can develop them at a technological level; and finally, carrying out the corresponding tests to ensure everything works correctly.
What are the main challenges of your profession? Or is there a success story you would like to share?
One of the biggest challenges in our profession is ensuring a consistently high-quality service so that clients fully trust the work we do. Since I joined Rosclar, one of the key factors in achieving this has been the constant commitment to improving our internal processes, which inevitably translates into higher-quality service. Being involved in the entire development process and in resolving incidents is a key part of this.
Linked to the continuous improvement of the quality of our work, during the fourth quarter our department took on the task of reading and reviewing collective bargaining agreements with the aim of preparing a summary for the LPS. This summary allows us to offer our clients a clear and concise analysis of the most relevant points. This process is a clear example of how identifying opportunities for internal improvement has a direct impact on better service, with our clients being the main beneficiaries.

What are the latest trends in your area of expertise? Will you incorporate them at Rosclar?
Looking ahead to 2026, as part of the quality improvement project, CQS will take responsibility for the organization’s internal training. During 2025, we prepared all the necessary materials to train the LPS throughout 2026. It will be a major challenge for us to lead internal training, which will cover a deep understanding and analysis of all the processes involved in payroll preparation in Spain.
What do you value most about working at a company like ROSCLAR?
What I value most about working at a company like Rosclar is the flexibility and the excellent treatment. The support and trust that are always placed in me have motivated me to respond by giving my very best. In addition, working in an environment where people are cared for and effort is recognized makes day-to-day work much more rewarding.
Any advice for companies that need Payroll Services?
If a company wants to ensure a high standard of quality, Rosclar is undoubtedly the best option. It doesn’t just focus on meeting deadlines; it also offers an excellent quality of service, both in communication and in results.
Having participated in continuous improvement and having seen the entire process upclose has allowed me to confirm that the level of dedication and investment in internal processes that Rosclar makes truly pays off. Without hesitation, I would recommend it as the best option for managing payroll in Spain.
