When and how did you start working at ROSCLAR?
I started at Rosclar in November 2023, when I was 20 years old. I joined through an internship that I completed while I was still studying, and during those months I had the opportunity to closely understand how the company and the department work.
After four months as an intern, I was very fortunate that they trusted me and offered me a permanent contract. For me, it was a very important opportunity because since then I have been able to grow both professionally and personally, learning every day and taking on more responsibilities within my team.
What does your role involve? / What is your specialty?
My specialty at Rosclar is within the administration department, specifically focused on payroll billing for clients. We are responsible for correctly invoicing clients so that the corresponding payroll payments can later be processed.
What is a typical day like for you at ROSCLAR?
A typical day in our department is usually quite varied. There are more routine tasks, such as invoicing clients, preparing payment information, or monitoring additional services we offer to clients. We also dedicate part of our time to reviewing internal processes and identifying tasks that can be improved.
What are the biggest challenges in your profession? Or is there a success story you’d like to share?
One of the biggest challenges is working with precision and always meeting the deadlines of each of our clients. In our sector, even a small mistake can affect an entire company and its employees. That is why it is essential to carefully review every detail and maintain good organization.
As a success story, I would highlight the projects we are developing together with the IT team. From the administration department, we know the day-to-day work very well, and being able to communicate those needs to the IT department so they can create tools that help us automate processes is extremely positive. Not only does it improve the way we work, but it also allows us to dedicate more time to higher-value and more personalized tasks.
What skills and attitudes do you think a payroll professional should have to work at Rosclar?
What are the latest trends in your field? Will you incorporate them at Rosclar?
In my field, trends are strongly linked to digitalization, automation, and continuous process improvement. More and more companies are looking to reduce manual tasks and minimize errors.
In our case, we are already working on this. The administration department collaborates with the IT department in the development of applications that help us speed up internal processes that previously required much more time.
What do you value most about working at a company like ROSCLAR?
What I value most about Rosclar is the opportunity they have given me to grow. As I mentioned before, I joined the company at a very young age, and since then I have been able to learn, step out of my comfort zone, and take on new responsibilities.
I also really value the fact that it is a company where the needs of each department are listened to and where there is a genuine effort to improve continuously.
And, of course, I truly appreciate the work environment. For me, having good colleagues is one of the most important things. When there is teamwork, trust, and a positive atmosphere, even the busiest days become much easier to handle.
Any advice for companies that need Payroll Services?
In such an important service as Payroll Service, which involves payments, deadlines, regulations, and sensitive data, it is essential to choose a professional, approachable, committed, and experienced team. Without a doubt, I would recommend contacting Rosclar.
I believe Rosclar stands out because of the dedication we provide to each client, our ability to adapt to their needs, and the peace of mind we offer.
